Endeavor House Ministries men’s house is a residential, Christ- centered transitional housing program designed to help men in recovery from alcohol and risky substance use. This Ministry focuses on the love of Christ and His forgiveness to help men work through life-controlling addictive compulsive disorders. The ministry is a one-year transformational program focused on the “Eight Recovery Principles” of Celebrate Recovery, the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and God’s Word, the Bible. Residents are encouraged to apply these principles in their daily lives. Using these tools, they rebuild their personal and community relationships.
All residents are required to participate in the following programs and policies on a daily/weekly basis.
I have been in pastoral ministry for 40 years and with Endeavor House since its beginning in 2006. My passion is to see people reach there full human potential in Jesus Christ. A favorite quote: "Your behavior will tell you the truth about yourself". -Leon Murph
I co-founded EHM in 2005/2006 when I was barely a year sober from the horrible clutches of addiction, with Okey Manning (with the Lord). I now work in the trenches, leading others to a brighter future through Christ who led me out.
My relationship with the Endeavor House began about 9 years ago through my friendship with Mike Keenoy. My role at the men's house is to assist the resident manager with the daily operations, as well as help the men individually. I have been blessed by the grace of God to be clean from drugs and alcohol for 23 years.
My responsibilities are, making sure the house runs smooth. Making sure guys get to groups on time, as well as getting rides to other outside appointments. By the grace of God I have been sober for 3years and 3 months.
